on the 23rd of june,2013 on my mobile number 7870383383 there was a balance deduction of Rs.62.87 even if the so called value pack was not activated by me. This regularly happens with me.
Please take required action as soon as possible. Even the behaviour of the complaint helpline attendant was not satisfactory!!
