Name of company/service: Tata Photon
This is pertaining to the Complaint of TATA DOCOMO -Photon Plus Termination process. I have stopped using the service since last April. Its been two months since I have used it and I have got a bill of 2k+ inspite of me requesting for cancellation.
I have cleared the dues this time and also has sent a mail to the customer care again. I have not received a response yet. I would not be paying anymore bills from now on. Please do the needful.

Hi Vani,
I have paid my dues but wants to terminate my connection w.e.f June. As you can see I have not used the Photon for the past 2 months. So please terminate my connection and I wouldnt be paying anymore bills. I have tried to contact the helpdesk many times before and never got a proper response. I would be out of station and wouldnt have access to mails or calls.
Hereby attaching the the transaction details.
