I had purchased a jacket from the website www.shoppersstop.com on 10/03/2013 of Rs.1299 (order no.:-4130145) and later on cancelled the order before their shipping due to some reasons. But they are not refunding my money back. Till date I have tried to contact them and complained but they are just saying it’s the matter of bank and they have nothing to do with it. I have talked to bank also but the answer is same. They both are blaming each other now. Please take some serious action for now this problem is not tolerable.
