I have called MTS Customer Care today to shift my connection from Postpaid to Prepaid. I was shocked by the answer I have received from Customer Care that Postpaid to Prepaid transfer is not possible. Whereas the sales representative and MTS customer care during verification had promised on the very first day confirmed that it is always possible to convert from Postpaid to Prepaid after 90 days of usage. But, though now more than 90 days of my connection is over MTS is refusing to convert my connection from Postpaid to Prepaid. Its a total cheating on behalf of MTS authority.
I want to migrate from Postpaid to Prepaid at any cost as of now due to unreasonable heavy billing in Postpaid.
