ATM not received

Location/place: aurangabad

Name of company/service: bank of maharashtra

i was application for duplicate ATM card and the bank debit amount in my account on 10-05-2013, but still i am not gating my card .
when i am going into branch they just told come after 8 days and our head officer not gating proper answer and they not giving me answer.
plz plz plz felp me i am facing much problem plz plz plz
