balance deduction without any reason

hello i’m an aircel customer
my phone number is 7737744655
two days ago 30 Rs were deducted from my balance saying a caller tune has been subscribed i contacted customer care 3 times they say the balance will be refunded but its not happening now they are not picking up my call i tried contactind from other aircel numbers but they also blocked them please help!!!!
