deduction of balance

my name is saurabh yadav.my uninor mobile no. is 9637487504.company deducted tha balance of Rs.55&99 on 19 june 2013.and also on 21 june 2013 Rs. 99 has been deducted from my balance.
When I complain regarding this to customer care executive, they said that you requested for the”serenna@99 and rain over me@99″ and third service is unknown,but i want to say that i have never requested any type of service and my phone is under the “DND”.then i had asked to speak to superviser but they make me waited for one hour and disconnect the phone rudely.
I want my money back as this is the company fault, you can check the details of all the transaction.I never requested any VAS service but the company automatically activated all service without my permission.
