sent a product that is much lower price available in market

we have Order No: 8084176 Dated:2013-06-04 for Lotus SAFE SUN 3 IN 1 Matte-Look Daily Sunblock PA SPF-40 All Skin Type at the time of ordering we have seen that the MRP of the product was 325 and has Rs. 20 Off n the product and of 100g and price was 305 with zero shipping but the product that has been delivered to us is of 50g for MRP 225 clearly mentioned on the product

Why the product which was shown at the time of shopping not delivered and how come you can sell product on high price whose mrp is clearly INR 225 is sold to us or INR 305. How come giftoscope can sell this product at higher price and clearly mentioned that shipping and handling charges if nil

This product is totally against selling rules of MRP

please look into the matter and please cancel our order and make refunds under 7 day warranty period

do rediff do not see that the product what their vendor is selling on their website is same is delivered. this is really scam that is going that showing product with discount of 100gm tube and sending product of a lower MRP 50gm tube to customer. Total fraud is going on
