Not providing NOC

Name of company/service: Capital First

I had taken a Television and it was in monthly installments of 12 months. There were some pending charges which I had paid on 13 June 2013 in Capital First office and was expecting the NOC from them. Its been more than a week they have not yet updated their system and every time I mail them they response me stating that the money is pending. I have been sending them with an attachment of the receipt which clearly shows that the money is paid.
My reference number of the Loan is CL392226. I am waiting NOC from them.
