Hi,

It has been 5 days (15-06-2013) when I got this Tikona broadband installed at my home. After installing the connection he said the connection will work fine with no problems. But to tell you the truth once he left the broadband never worked. I have registered multiple complaints in customer care and speak to senior executive (Mr. Imran) and he said problem will be rectify it’s my promise but problem still going on these 5 days i have called multiple time to customer care and they people accepted that problem with Tikona but broadband never worked. I want my entire Rs 2950.00 to be refunded to me immediately and the connection should be taken off right now. I will never recommend Tikona to anyone in my circle because they entertain with customer. It was my mistake. I think you have still a very long way to go in this industry. Please stop cheating people and refund my money.
