Name of company/service: IDEA CELLULAR COMPANY

Dear Sir,

I am Yogesh Jain and consumer of idea cellular co. since last 11 years. My mobile no. is 9826280917. I was activated DND service in 2011 but last 1 month I am receiving sms from idea cellular company and any other company. I have lodged complaint to customer contact center forth time regarding the issue through siebel no. 1-35058791976, 1-35288254804, 1-35527874676 but after lodging the said complaint problem is same. As on now I have received more than 6000 sms. I have totally upset & irritate due to the said sms, which are sending to me in every 1-2 minutes. I fail to understand, when DND is activated for my this no., why sending the stupid sms to me and after lodging complaint thrice, why idea cellular company is not able to control the issue.

Kindly look into this matter and help in this regards.
