NEXT THEY MAILED ME THE BILL IN WHICH IT IS INDICATED THAT PRODUCT IS DIFFERENT AND THE SPECIFICATIONS OF THIS PRODUCT IN DOESNT AS GIVEN ON WEBPAGE
FROM THAT TIME ONLY I HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS MATTER SO MANY TIMES ON THERE GIVEN EMAIL ID FOR CONSUMER SUPPORT BUT THEY DOESNT REPLY A SINGLE TIME.
I HAVE REQUESTED THEM TO EITHER SHIP THE RIGHT PRODUCT OR REFUND MY MONEY BUT THEY DOESN’T REPLY.
ON 20 JUNE 2013 I HAVE RECEIVED THE PRODUCT VIA DELHIVERY COURIER SERVICE AWB NO. 20310187961 IN MORNING.
I OPENED THE OUTER PACKING I FOUND THAT PRODUCT IS THAT WHOME I AFRAID OF
THE PRODUCT IS DIFFERENT IN IMAGE AND SPECIFICATIONS GIVEN ON WEBPAGE
AFTER THIS I HAV ECONTACTED THERE Customer Care: 1860-267-6767
AND TELL THEM EVERY THING BUT THEY ARE REFUSING THERE MISTAKE AND TOLD ME TO CONTACT THE HCL TABLET SERVICES
THEN I TOLD THEM THAT I HAVE BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT FROM YOU AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT
THEN THEY DISSCONNECTED THE PHONE
AFTER THAT I HAVE AGAIN CALL THEM FOUR TO FIVE TIMES BUT THEY DISSCONNECT THE CALL EVERY TIME
AFTER SEVERAL TRIAL ONE EMPLOYEE PICK THE CALL AND I HAVE INFORMED ALL THE MATTER HE ALSO REFUSING BUT AFTER I TOLD HIM TO JUST LOOK THE PRODUCT IMAGE AND SPECIFICATIONS ON WEBPAGE
THEN HE AGREES THE MISTAKE AND ASSURE ME THAT HE WILL CONCERN THIS MATTER TO HIS SENIORS AND CALL ME BACK IN SOME TIME.
BUT THE WHOLE DAY WENT NO CALLBACK COME FROM HIM OR HIS ORGANISATION .
ON 21 JUNE 2013 I HAVE AGAIN WAITED FOR THERE REPLY BUT NOTHING HAPPEN.
IN EVENING WHEN I HAVE VISITED THE WEBPAGE OF THAT PRODUCT THEY HAVE CHANGED THE SPECIFICATIONS.
BUT I HAVE THE COPY OF EARLIER WEBPAGE FROM WHICH I HAVE ORDERED THE PRODUCT
