micromax tab is not repaired in more than 6 month

i have bought a micro max fun book on 8th November. did not used a single day as it was not working properly and given in service center on 17th November after 7 days of purchase. from that day till today i hav not get back my funbook after visiting the service centre more than 20 times and called min. 100 times the service centre is giving just excuses evrytime wen i try to ask any query,..
