Dear Team,
This is a complaint agst the Online company named ‘STAR CJ. COM’. I ordered a product worth of Rs. 1690 on 5th June 2013. on the same day I got the message from Star CJ that your product has been courierd & had gave the Docket number of the parcel. I waited for 2-3 days for the parcel, but it did not came.
Then again on 10th June 13 i get message from the company that ‘we apologise for the delay & your order will reach to u in 4 working days’. then too i checked online about the product from the Docket number they provided & the courier site says it has been delivered. But yet till today dated 21 June 13 we have not received any parcel.
From 10 June, I am following up with company but they are just teliing that your will find what is wrong & will call u on your registered number, but till today i have not received any call from them & whenever I am calling, they just say we are working & will call u with solution. But there is no positive response from there end from last 10 days.
I request you to kindly look into the matter & take some action for the same. & get things sort it out. Have paid them money also. help to solve this issue & get my money back. I am not interested in that product any more.
Hope you understand & will take some strict action for the same.
