Defective Product and Poor Service

Location/place: MALAD (WEST), MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA

Name of company/service: Samsung Electronics

I had bought the Samsung Galaxy Y Duos (GT-S6102)in November,2012. Till now (From Than) i have gone for servicing 4 times for the same issue.Neither i had received proper service there, nor replacement of mobile.
