Complain against the HDFC bank for wrong online transection

Hello Sir/Madam,

My name is Gaurav Kumar. I am working in conceptia pvt. ltd company at new delhi.My salary A/C is in HDFC bank and I am also open a Demat A/C in HDFC bank but I am not satisfied with the services rendered by the bank,Because in my A/c at dated 17th Jun 2013,a wrong transection is held on Rs1,629.22 .So I don’t know the accurate reasone ,I was go to the bank at dated and asked the detail of this wrong transection .Bank said that you purchased some share but I was not purchased any share i am telling to the bank so why my money had gone from my A/c.Bank not doing any further comment just said that they was investigate but at last he giving me a option if you want to investigate this matter (a long time is wasted ) or you want to go to the head office branch and register your complain because Demat is not our department.This is not good behaviour by the bank to his customer at least giving me the proper address to his main branch of HDFC bank.It is not my fault so why i am waste my time to that issue why ….plz sir do something
