I have taken part samsung mobile contest
on dated 13.03.2013. the contest result was declare in the month of may 2013 we are not winner of the contest. they assure that total amount will refunded in my account.
But till date 20.06.2013 nothing is refunded.
Therefore kindly help me to solve my problem.
