Not providing service as per the scheme and deactiviting data card

Respected Sir.
I have purchased MBLAZE on 12th june, 2013 from V.K. VASHISHTH (Company Branded Outlet) Shop No. 3-C, Batra Cinema, Mukherjee Nagar, (TIN No:07470403394), Delhi-110009 and which was activated on 14th june, 2013.
Mr. Vikas billed me it for Rs. 1032 including tax and he asked me Rs. 1300 for it. and told that he is giving me two months plan in which surfing and downloading is unlimited and upto 3GB of usage I will get good speed and after that speed will be slowed down.
On 17th June, 2013 in the afternoon it was deactivated, then I have called on customer care then they told me that I have exceeded my limit. then I called Mr. Vikas and told about all these talks, then he told me that he will talk to customer care and then he will update me.
Afterwards he Mr. Vikas called me and told that now my data card is activated, actually there was some technical problem…..and he told me to uninstall MBLAZE and again to install. I have done it for more than two times and again and again I was getting the same error i.e. my MBLAZE is not able to connect.
After that I have called three times about to customer care but still it is not working.
My MBLAZE descripion is hereunder:-
