Harrasment in Rcom billing (Reliance) fixed line

Name of company/service: Reliance rcom

Hi, according to my records I paid fixed line connection bill on time to time, then due to big issues in my family I forgot to pay and then after one month they disconnected it, then after 2 to 3 months reliance fixed line executive came home to collect phone unit I gave them unit they took my signature and went.
this all happen in 2008. now in 2012 some advocate calls me from delhi by saying I am calling you from reliance communications behalf, your fixed line payment is pending please pay it today before 6pm if you failed to do the said payment then you have to present in the court tomorrow. I went web world paid said amount which I have not even used it,

The above mentioned amount I had paid and told them please disconnect my account, but they failed to disconnect my fixed line account

And on 22/07/2012 again they sent me bill which I am shocked amount is 3797/- when I don’t even have handset of reliance they took it from me in 2008, then where is this bill coming from?

on present date 08/06/2013 I received msg .

please pay 3797/- before 30th june or be present ur self in pune court. this is simple harassment
