Hi,I am Mr.Prabir Dey from west bengal,Halisahar.I am using Idea Cellular prepaid mobile my number is:7890186762.on 19th june i had recharged my prepaid with rs.60 and my balance was rs.61.After some time idea deduct rs.30 from my main account.when i saw that my balance was rs.30 i had call customer care they inform me that a voice chat service was activated on my number.I requested them that i had not activated any service by myself please refund my balance but they strongly denied and did not refund my balance.I don’t know why this company steal customer’s balance like this!!
