WRONG BENEFITS PROVIDED

DEAR SIR,

I AM AN AIRCEL USER AND MY NUMBER IS 8387973279.. I RECHARGED ONLINE WITH RS 158 AND GOT SOME LOACAL MINS AND INTERNET PACK INSTEAD OF RS 170 TALKTIME AS MAIN BALANCE AS PREVIOUSLY RECEIVED IN PAST RECHARGES
I TALKED TO CUSTOMER CARE AND HE SAID THAT PLAN HAS BEEN CHANGED AND NOTHING COULD BE DONE NOW.

I RECHARGED ON AIRCEL SITE AT FULL TALKTIME SECTION AS PREVIOUS AND THERE WAS NO INTIMATION OF CHANGES IN BENEFITS..

NOW LOCAL MINS ARE OF NO USE FOR ME AND THEY ARE SAYING ME TO FOREGO RS 158 ..
ITS NOT A BIG AMOUNT BUT I CANT AFFORD TO WASTE HARD EARNED MONEY
