i have purachased a samsung smart phone of model named i9070 . it has a several complaints after a month of purchase and i am booking a complaint several times and my mobile is not getting rectified till now thereafter the MANAGER of servicing center where i raised a complaint is very rude and unrespectful towards me and not at all disclosing the status of my phone till now , again i recently handovered my phone for one more complaint on the same servicing centre on 04th june 2013 till now it is not get rectified and the purchase officer named mrs.kumari and manager of that srevicing center are rude towards me i ask about my mobile in a very polite and kind way but they respond to me in a rude and unrespectful way i am not able to handle the situation and i am very much feared that they may kill me if i again go and ask about my mobile . i am hopeless and not having enough strength to fight against them and i am not that kind too so i would like to handover my problem to responsible consumer court .hope i will find a way and solution for my complaint.
