money deduction from main account

Location/place: delhi

Name of company/service: idea cellular

on 18/06/2013 rs 54 has been deducted from my main account without any sufficient reason and after that when i was tried to register the complain on 198 number i always get a busy tone. after that i also visited the idea outlet but again i didn’t get any answer from them.
