not honoring own commitments

B-Cube Hotel is refusing to honor its own commitment to compensate for its lapses (as can be seen below). They are not responding any longer!!

We stayed in your 3 Deluxe rooms during 21-25 May, 2013. I find some features, which prominently appear on your website, are missing. Examples: “Plush room slippers” “Buffet Breakfast is included” We asked for the above, but not provided. Even we were charged extra for the breakfast amount exceeding Rs. 200/Rs. 170. This is unfair, and not good for the reputation of your otherwise nice hotel. Let us know what actions you are taking to compensate for these lapses.
