On 09.06.2013, I got a call from aircel mentioning my pending bill of Rs. 850.00 due date was 11.06.2013, The Aircel collection agent ( CSC Financial Services Pvt. Ltd.) collected Rs. 800.00 on 10th of June ( Receipt No.444223). from 10th of June I was getting sms from Aircel stating my credit limit is over kindly make interim payment to avoid interuption.
On 15th of June I called Customer care mentioning my complaint for which they said they haven’t received my payment and they gave me reference no.1-1305062501 for my complaint mentioning to revert back by 17th of June. On same day I again got a sms stating that my concern has been resolved.
On 18th of June I again got a sms stating my out going calls will be restricted due to non payment of bill, and telling my to make a payment of Rs. 805.
On 18th of June they stopped my out going calls for which I called Customer Care again the answer was same that they haven’t received my payment. I told them that I have already payed the amount and I was told via sms that it was resolved. The Customer care asked his supervisor and told me that they have sent a mail to the said company and with in next 4 hours it will be resolved and outgoing calls can be made. Again on 18th night and 19th morning I received sms stating my out going calls will be restricted due to non payment of bill, and telling my to make a payment of Rs. 805. I again made a call to customer care with the same problem again whole complaint was given , and same answers were given that they will sent another mail to the said company for this issue. The customer care executive was rude not willing to hear what my complaint is only insisting me to listen him.
Due to this bad experience I sms them to give me port code.
