Dear Sony Care,
I have purchased Sony Vaio Laptop on 8th July 2012 with 1+1 year of warranty.
After two months of purchase a problem of Screen fluctuating / flittering got started. I visited to Sony Vaio care & requested for a replacement. But VAIO Care denied to replace the product & repaired it under warranty. After repairing , it worked fine for very short period of time (around 8 months) & the same problem of screen is started again. This time again I visited Sony Care & requested to replace the product. But response was negative.
My dream brand & dream Laptop made me totally unhappy now.
I request you to replace laptop for my (Consumer’s) goodwill & faith in product.
It is hard to believe on sony products in future if required response is not generated.
