Product not deliver yet and also not accepting cancel Requqest

I ordered my product 1 Electrolux Refrigerator EDL244BEGRFK from Greendust through online on 25th of may.They promised us to deliver the product at my door step in 10 working day .After regular followup they told “the product we choose are damaged so they send sm other option.Out of 4 i choose another Refrigerator.But after 10 days also the product is not delivered.i requested them to cancel the product but they are not taking my request.
