Fees not updated in Database, and rejected application for vacancy

Name of company/service: National Insurance Company Limited

Hello Sir/Madam,

I have applied for govt job vacancy in National Insurance Company Limited. I have submitted fees challan to State Bank of India. But they didn’t update my fees in their database system. And i m enable to submit my complete application. After so many calls and e-mails, from till date, I haven’t any received any information from their side. Please resolve this problem before they conduct the exam, and please inform me.
