On 21st march i made a purchase of Rs570 from Kahadims. The merchant swiped my card twice and said the transaction are failed due to his line issue. But i got a mail and msg of one transaction. When i told the merachant that the transaction is successful from my debit card, he showed his closing statement and said the transaction is not completed from his end and asked me to approach my Bank. When i approached the bank i was asked to send a letter and merchant copy to process my request. Till now icici bank has raised 3 tickets but no resolution has been provided to me. i have sent several mails to to along with the attachments. I have also marked a mail to customer care manager but still to resolution is given to me. i spoke to Mr Amol supervisor who asked me to send a mail to his manager,which was sent many times but no call or mail got reverted. manager mail ID- [email protected], also mail sent to [email protected] as suggested by customer care.
