Dear Sir / Madam,
Please treat this letter as a formal complaint against Bajaj Allianz Life insurance Company Limited, My mother has taken a policy from Bajaj Allianz in 2007 in Lucknow (UP). Policy Number is 0062416264, as per the policy scheme an amount of Rs. 1000/- per month will deduct through ECS payment from my bank (Jammu & Kashmir, Lucknow Branch) for three years starting from 2007. And now Policy mature time is going over in Sep’2013, I have contacted the company several times every time they informed me your ECS rejected by your bank in 2009. So after that I checked with my bank but they denied the same and there is no any ECS bounce record on the bank records. After that again I checked with Bajaj Allianz but they not supported me. Even Bajaj Allianz didn’t communicate us regarding ECS bounce. After that I logged same complain at “IRDA.gov.in” but still not any satisfactory action has been taken from IRDA. Request you please suggest me how to solve this case OR get return my money which I already paid to Bajaj Allianz. Please find the details below–
