Hi
I purchased idea sim card from one of the Agent on pune satara road.
As per the Agent the service should get activated within 48 hours after purchase. But it is not. Idea asked me to resubmit the documents again. But the service didn’t start.
When I contacted them thru email they asked me my contact number and said they will come back to me with the data/reason. But they didn’t.
