3G PROBLEM

hello Sir/mam
this is the serious problem that i am facing, and want to regiester a complaint against tata docomo.tata docomo is providing a 3g internet pack of 250 rupees and in that they gives one month unlimited 1 gb data. i recharged for 250 rupees and the 250 pack is activated , but i am facing problem to connect to internet. the 3g or H sign goes away automatically,,, and it comes after 15 or 20 minutes. i called customer care and they said to me to delete cache, cookies , history etc…and the same problem many of my friends are facing.. i am staying in kumar swamy layout bangalore, and i tried to change the place also but still the problem was same.. .. please take some action against them .. or make them to say that they cannot give good service to the customer .. please assist me and reply me , what should i do??? this is really irriating , they are making customer fool…
