Complaint about delay in service,as promised to me

I had submitted my Samsung handset(GT-S5830i) in the service center of Dombivli on 12/06/2013 for the problem of handset not getting charged.They told me that handset will give on 14/06/2013.But still I had not received my handset.Every time i am getting the response that part is not available.
