TO THE PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER ALL TIME – RELIANCE BROADBAND.
First and foremost, I, RAJENDRA RAO discontinued the Reliance broadband service long long time back because of the poor and quality service that you were providing for the last 1 year.
I had enough by making complaints on a daily basis but I didn’t get any such good or a proper response from your tele caller executive or field engineer.
I politely told to discontinue my service and I was ready to settle the overall amount which was pending. Instead of telling the same 10 – 15 times, you guys started sending me bills for no reason. HOW ON EARTH A COMPANY WILL DO SUCH THING?
Now, to my surprise – I got a call from some shitty police about a case being filed in my name to tarnish my image for no reason. That too a case about FORGERY AND CHEAT – WHY THE HELL WILL I CHEAT RELIANCE??? Instead RELIANCE MADE MY LIFE MISERABLE by calling me 1000 times for no reason and irritating me by telling me to continue the SERVICE.
YOU GUYS CANT UNDERSTAND A SIMPLE ENGLISH – DISCONTINUE MEANS DISCONTINUE. I WAS READY TO SETTLE THE BALANCE AMOUNT of 1000 / – BUT NOW ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, I’LL TAKE YOUR CASE AND POST ABOUT YOUR COMPANY AND YOUR SERVICE EVERYWHERE THAT YOU GUYS PROVIDE.
