SERVICE ISSUE

Location/place: GHATKOPAR (W), MUMBAI

Name of company/service: TATA SKY

I HAVE BOOKED NEW TATA SKY HD CONNECTION ON 14 JUN 13, COMPANY ASSURED ME THAT THEIR REPRESENTATIVE WILL COME ON 15 JUN 13 BETWEEN 1100 HRS TO 1200 HRS FOR INSTALLATION. HOWEVER THE REPRESENTATIVE DID NOT SHOWED UP THE ENTIRE DAY AFTER CALLING TWICE TO CUSTOMER CARE. I WAS BEING TOLD THAT I WILL GET CALL WITHIN ONE HOUR, WHICH I DID’NT GOT, ON CALLING CUSTOMER CARE THIRD TIME AT 1900 HRS, I WAS TOLD THAT REPRESENTATIVE WILL BE COMING COMING TOMORROW. BECAUSE OF FALSE COMMITMENT OF TATA SKY MY WHOLE DAY WAS WASTED. NO CALLS RECEIVED, NO SERVICE PROVIDED. THIS IS A CASE OF SERIOUS SERVICE ISSUES FROM SUCH AN ESTEEM COMPANY LIKE TATA.
