non receipt of full and final payment

Name of company/service: conwood realty pvt. ltd

i joined conwood realty pvt Ltd a real estate company having office at Goregaon , mumbai on 1st April 2009.
i resigned as GM projects in month of march 2013 giivng due notive period of 1 monthb as per appointment letter.
My last date was 15th april 2013 and was asked to resign on 5th April 2013 which i did .
Till date my part salary of April month my last one years LTA has not be paid.

I request you to ask the company to settle my full and final payment with due intrest at earliest.
