Till Today Not Refund Amount

Dear team,
1)  I paid Rs 800/- on 11/04/2013 via ICICI credit card but somehow the same transaction is not reflected in my CTET account. It is again asking to pay the same amount.
Please note the details for your reference and necessary action.
