Miss guiding for extended warranty

Location/place: Dwarka, New Delhi

I had purchased SamsungGalaxy Note II from Croma Hyderabad airport on 19th May 2013. I wanted extended warranty but he could not do so becoz of system failure and he told me to go to any Croma store within 30 days and get extended warranty done. I went to Croma at Dwarka, New Delhi after 2 days but they also could not do it as the receipt bar code when presented to com it used to hang. Today I.e on 14th Jun also my trip went wasted. Since I am leaving tonight for abroad, I was desperate to get EW done. At Terminal 3 the croma store situated in international departure lounge alsodid not help me that tgeir store does not give extended wwarranty.So pl tell me if I can get it done online as I have just 3 days legt to do it.
