I was using the airtel fixed line and broadband services for which I’ve given the disconnection request on 23rd May 2013. After registering my complaint, I received many calls from airtel to confirm my decision. Instead of confirming for disconnection, they cancelled my request on 31st May. When I approached airtel then they said that the request was cancelled since I wanted to continue my connection. On 1st June they have registered new request for the same thing. On 4th June, the second request was closed and third new request was registered for the same thing. Now they again closed the previous request and raised the 4th request.
Now I’ve received the full bill for the previous month for which I’ve supposed to pay only for 20 days. Still the connection is active
This is the worst kind of harassment of customer made by Airtel
