never buy a dell laptop in a life guys very very bad service dell is cheating a customers and only taking money my laptop 5nw8vq1 is service tag case number 877833102 laptop is fall down accidentally from 2nd floor stairs when i call customer care they told me to go service center when i go there they said sorry sir we cant help u bcos your laptop is fully damaged more 15 parts is damaged in dat case customer care will assist you only when i call them again first 2 days no response now they saying dat sorry sir we cant help u bla bla giving foolish reason my laptop is still in complete cover warranty soon m going to take legal action and go to consumer court i suggest you all dat please dont buy dell laptops in your life very bad cheap service they only taking money and not giving services dell is only stealing money from the customers dont DONT BUY DELL LAPTOPS
