i was using a tata photon device last year but i somehow lost it,
i called customer care to deactivate my account, they said You need to clear your pending bills, on th same time i cleared my bill online and he said that they have sent a request and account will be deactivated.
after month i got a call to pay the bill, and customer executives are threating me to pay the bill or they ll send a legal notice.
today itself i got a call from delhi high court.
Now please tell me what has to be done, because if i have deactivated my account i dont think i need to pay the bill.
