Listing my grievances as follows:
-False requests taken by Customer Care
-Inflated data usage
-Extremely poor follow-up on my case despite regular, daily inquiries and requests from my end
-Deactivation of my services prior to resolution of my registered complaint
-Deactivation of my Data Capping when asked to Deactivate Data Services
-Overcharging (the 3rd instance of this)
-No attempt to reach a solution for my problem
-Instead deactivating my outgoing and messaging services
