Hi,
I had taken youbroadband service for internet connection. 4 day ago it stoped working all of sudden and I do complaints and did may call to the concern person and mailed as well to Custome care center and concern people there. I didnt get any proper response from those ppl.
Still, its 5 th day no one is listening.. plz tell me what to do.

My broadband is not working from 3 days and I have complained to the concern person (Vikas :8888866836) 3 days back always. No response from that person. Daily I am calling to the person and listening FAKE promises and believing and waiting whole day at home.
This is not happening first time. Please take proper step to improve the service and fix my broadband service as of today or I will ahead to take the service of some other good service provider.
I don’t hope any Good service from you people but just giving a proper feedback before I disconnect you connection and file a report in consumer forum. Do not do fake promises if you cant holdit.

I don’t how complex technical issue you got to fix which is taking 3 days time and with fake promises with the customer.
I was having important work yesterday with the internet I waited whole day till 09:30 PM i called that person and status was still same.

Hi All,
Sorry to add every one in CC (I was not having any other way).
Now this is height of irresponsibility and cheapness for providing service. I am listening sweet words from pune service provider from last 4 days and waiting for the technical people to call and fix my problem. I tried each number customer care , imaran (ext : 712) and even of the person who has installed the broadband (Vikas :8888866836). No one is picking call nor responding by the e-mail.
Now I am asking all cc’ed people to whom i should call for this issue. What i am supposed to do. and the sad part is that this is not happening first time.
Please provide me a proper contact person to whom I should call and get rid of this HELL.
