wrong billing

Location/place: India

Name of company/service: tikona

it’s a three month bill(2221) accumulated with late fine included.
I had requested customer care for closure of this connection but billing continued for two months even after I left the state.Thus I have been charged with the sum 2221 in stead of one month 740+ (some late fee).
