Order cancel but refund not given

i am purchase a Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattro I8552 (Ceramic White) on dated 09/05/2013 wide order no 3002299690 from indiatimes shopping.Indiatimes shopping cancel my order on dated 14/05/2013 but refund not given on till 14/06/2013. I am complaint several time to indiatimes customer care.The complaint no.887382.Please do needful.
