not expected such a dissappointment

i bied renault duster rxl petrol brown color . but when we went on tour to manali.this car had many problems like it was unable to move on steep slopes ,but maruti & other cars could .it also have many other problems . the company had not given us test drive neither guided us that these cars are successful in desel , after 2 months we gave the car back to company n said that we want our money refunded … now wot to du please guide me
