Not getting good service from chroma retail outlet

Location/place: Paschim Vihar, New Delhi

Name of company/service: Croma Retail Store

I am Rahul Sud, i had recently purchased the Voltas SplitAC 1.5T 183MX 3Str model from your croma retail outlet at rajouri garden new delhi on 09th june 2013.

Till know i did not recieved any phone call from their customer care service to deliver that product at my home.

I am really not satisfy with their service. Also ensure to you not to buy any product from their any outlet.

If you have sufficient amount of time to deal with it then it’s your choice.
