Balance nil two times

Location/place: Rudrapur

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

Dear sir/Madam,

Myself saurabh kumar on dated 11.06.13 and 12.06.13 my mobiles no- 8267938433 balance was nil ,after 3G recharge and i call customer care but he dont pick my phone and disconnect my phone without satisfactory answer . Money does not matter it was a serious case because use many peoples TATA DOCOMO service ,i m capable for online complaints to this FAKE telecom company,but any uneducated person do not have handle this situation.this is a clear cheating case,and i hope you understand my problem and put this matter infront of tata docomo.
