Fraud by company

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: ghaziabad&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Vodafone</p>I requested to activate a caller tune service for which company charged Rs.45/-
When I dialed on my number from a other number to hear caller tune, I came to know that company is giving their advertisement before caller tune.
I immediately made a call to customer care and requested to remove their advertisement.
But in return they deactivated my service.
Now they are saying that you have to pay Rs.45/- again to activate the service.
My complaint is this, that why should I pay for it if the company’ exicutives are doing mistake.
I really got hurted badly by this incidence and feeling helpless and slave of company, who can do anything whatever they want…

PLZZZ TAKE A STRICT ACTION IMMEDIATELY PLZZ…ITS NOT ONLY MY PROBLEM BUT OF MANY….
