I purchased Aquaguard Water Purifier on 10-07-2012. It has got 1yr warranty and within this 1yr. there are 2 free servicings of the product. I have been raising Service requests to the Help line No. 040-39883333 since 4 months or so but nobody turned up till today. By 10-07-2013 the Warranty expires. I am not getting pure water from the purifier and it is not serving my purpose. Now a days contaminated water is coming from the tap and the purifier is not working. It is affecting our health so badly. We are suffering from vomitings, loose motions and stomach disorder. Hence I am giving this complaint.I will file a suit also in the Forum claiming Rs, 25,000/- as damages.
